Consumption of: light, water, domestic gas, linen (for bathroom and kitchen), washing machine use, dishwasher, garden furniture, barbecue, Ping-pong, reading and listening music room and in the historical cellar, a basket of wood for fireplace in winter and flat cleaning.

Prices don't included:

The heating consumption (Gas cost is calculated on consumption, on the grounds of the price on manager bill).
